Frank is an industry veteran starting his mortgage career in the post-closing department of Cenlar Home Loans in 1986, which at that time was a mortgage banking firm. Having an instant connection with people,  He quickly moved his way up to underwriting and found his true passion to be in the field as a Mortgage Loan Officer. He quickly became a top producing loan officer over the next several years with tenures at prominent firms such as GMAC Mortgage & Chase Manhattan. Frank joined Countrywide Home Loans as Branch Manager/VP in 1995, and his Hamilton, NJ branch soon became one of the top origination branches in the nation for an amazing 10 year run.  In 2005, Frank and his team joined Gateway Funding, which was acquired by Finance of America in 2015. His personal branch continued to be the top branch in the company for Gateway /Finance of America and he was promoted to Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic states consisting of NJ/PA/MD/DE in 2014. His region grew to 23 branch offices with over 100 loan originators at its peak with well over 2 billion a year funded in both  2020 & 2021.
